About the customer

Sporting Health Club has been around for more than 40 years and is the oldest gym in Denmark. SHC, as it is known today, was founded by Sven-Ole Thorsen, an icon in Danish Bodybuilding. At the time, SHC was the Danish mecca for bodybuilding. Since 2013, SHC has been run by brothers Marc and David Palm and Martin Brogaard, who have more than 60 years of combined industry experience. The training method is functional training, and SHC is still located in the legendary premises on Gothersgade in Copenhagen K, but has expanded to Søerne on Gyldenløvesgade in Copenhagen V, the Radisson hotel at Islands Brygge and the large sports mecca at Kløvermarken.
